Metamorphosis… it is the theme running through everything I am creating right now… My clothing brand, which I cannot wait to share with you very soon, was born from this idea… and if I am honest, so was this season of my life.
Because I am in it too: the chrysalis moment… The messy middle where the old structures are composting and something new is emerging.
During this Taurus Super New Moon, I have been taking an honest look at the spaces and relationships in my life… and having the courage to let some of them go.
It has not always been easy, but when I finally did, I felt the relief in my whole body. It has felt energising to be with the truth however uncomfortable. I shared more of the deeper unravelling over on Substack, if you feel called to go there.
We are living increasingly in the binaries of good and bad, right and wrong… but as we explored this week on The Goddxx Path in our session on The Principle of Mentalism: who is to say what is good and bad?
The place where we create true magic is outside the binaries… in innocence, awe and wonder, in the beginner’s mind that lets go of fixed definitions of ourselves, others and the world, and watches what becomes possible when we do… I have seen this again and again, in my clients and in myself: when we stop labelling and start listening, the most unexpected doors open.

Everything I have been sitting with this month… the releasing, the clearing, the honest reckoning with what no longer fits… it all kept leading me back to the same place: back HOME to myself… back to the body… back to the sacral space, which holds everything we have been blocking out or ignoring.
