Year 1 of The Goddxx Path is your return HOME. Reclaiming your journey from shutdown to embodied choice and daily JOY living a life aligned with who you are.
Through inner wisdom and unlearning, you will alchemise creative blocks and imposter syndrome, silence self-doubt, and reconnect to your Goddxx-like potential, transforming your art, relationships, and leadership and learn 22 alchemical processes that will change how you live your life.

The modules
HOME (Root): Burn through fear. Build your foundation. Set boundaries that you can communicate and value. Align your choices with your values.
SACRED (Sacral): Reconnect to joy, pleasure, and your intuition through your body. Release old wounds and stories and rediscover your authentic voice as a leadership tool.
CREATE (Solar Plexus): Find your will. Make aligned choices. Discover your Enneagram type and your DATS: desires, abilities, temperament, and strengths.
HEART: Learn to communicate from wholeness. Deepen and attract aligned relationships. Speak your truth. Practice the difficult conversations you’ve been avoiding.
SING (Throat): Learn to communicate on the frequency of your highest vibration. Release the fears around being fully, visibly you. Lead from your whole self.
FLY (Third Eye): Reawaken your imagination and take your intuition to the next level. Follow what wants to emerge and move into FLOW state. Make business and life decisions from your body’s inner wisdom, not just your head.
SPACE (Crown): Plant seeds and grow your garden for your next chapter. We complete this module with ceremony, clarity, and a vision that lights you up.

Rescheduling
Please give 24 hours’ notice if you need to move a 1:1 session. Any unused sessions at programme end carry over and must be used by April of the following year
The Platform
Each year, as a new cohort begins, you will be moved out of the platform, but keep the recordings from your year for life. You will also be given bonus courses upon completion of three assignments during the course.

The term is inspired by the Urban Dictionary definition: Goddexx (noun) — a deity who is non-gendered, gender-neutral, and/or nonbinary; figuratively, someone who is incredible, admirable, powerful, or highly skilled. Beyond the limits of “god” or “goddess.”
My definition: A Goddxx is a person who leans fearlessly into their true nature and chooses a life of joy and purpose. It’s about revealing the stories, beliefs, and fears that hold you back, and choosing to live your full potential with fierce intuition, integrity, and purpose.
Of mixed Nigerian and white British heritage, with 20+ years in movement, 10+ years as a coach, I draw from ancestral and land traditions, embodied movement and bodywork practices.
