The journey doesn’t end. it deepens. For graduates of The Goddxx Path who want continued support, this takes the journey of The Goddxx Path further.

GLOW is where the work you began in the Goddxx Path moves from your mind into your body… into your nervous system, your fascia, your breath, your structure… and also your business…

GLOW is a year-long container for embodied integration.

Each month, you work with a specific region of your body, guided by the rhythm of the lunar cycle. You will receive guided meditations, rituals, body wisdom teachings, and Bodywork sessions with Ella, as well as coaching 121s.

G.L.O.W. – The Four Pillars:

G – Goddxx-like potential
L – Liberation (unlearning/awareness/structural integration)
O – Openness (joyful creativity and emptying of bias and belief)
W – Wisdom (inner wisdom/intuition)

Through liberation from old conditioning and the meaning held in your body and mind, as well as a complete reworking of your fascial structure and how you stand in gravity, you cultivate openness to joyful creativity. We work with bias and belief holding you back in your business and personal life, guided by inner wisdom and deepening your intuition, to truly embody and step up to your Goddxx-like potential.

Goddxx Glow is an intuitive coaching community for graduates of The Goddxx Path, designed to embed, integrate, and elevate the programme’s learnings. 

You can step onto this path for as many years as you would like (two is the recommended amount) with year-round platform access and 12 months a year of 121 coaching and (or) 121 bodywork.

Be part of a circle of creative entrepreneurs and directors who understand the path and a community support that lifts you higher.

Completion Prizes:

At 3 months: HELD for Homeostasis (TRE course) or Wheel of Consent course
At mid-year (June): Sacred Bowl live course
At end of year: 14-Day Bridge Between Years Challenge

(You can have sessions as close as 5 days apart, or more spread out for a set of 11 sessions to completely re-integrate how you hold your body and feel in the world)

Choose to travel to Ella for 121 bodywork in whichever locations she is in during the year: (Mauritius/Lisbon/London/Mexico: you are responsible for your own flights and accommodation).

Take part in a 5 day in person event to embed the learnings and connect in Community (in August over a long(long) weekend

Frequently Asked Questions:

“Can I do this remotely if I’m not in the UK?” Yes. Coaching sessions happen online. For the monthly Rolfing sessions, we can work out a rhythm that suits your location (intensive sessions when you visit, or referrals to trusted practitioners in your area). The Portugal intensive is in-person.

“What if I need to pause?” Life happens. With monthly payments, you can pause with 30 days notice. With quarterly or annual, we’ll find a solution that honours your situation and our container.

“Is the Portugal intensive included in the monthly price?” No you pay this on top, at cost. 

“Do I need to be in person for the Rolfing?” Rolfing is hands-on bodywork, so yes. But we can be creative about scheduling if you’re travelling or based elsewhere.

“What’s the time commitment beyond our sessions?” The Goddxx Path has monthly live sessions (optional but recommended). Everything else is self-paced. This is designed for busy creative entrepreneurs.

Flexible scheduling: The course moves with the calendar, but you move at your own pace. There is no behind. If you need to take a month off, take it. The work will be here when you are ready.

Remote participation: Coaching sessions happen online. For Rolfing sessions, we can work out a rhythm that suits your location (intensive sessions when you visit, or referrals to trusted practitioners in your area). The Portugal retreat is in-person.

Lineage

Of mixed Nigerian and white British heritage, with 20+ years in movement, 10+ years as a coach, I draw from ancestral and land traditions,  embodied movement and bodywork practices.
