Embodied Alchemy

This alchemical work is body mind and soul, and that is why I also work with the body through Structural Integration.

Through the fascia, I support my clients to release what’s been held and reclaim the free, grounded presence that is their truth.

My touch is intuitive and rooted. I hold space with warmth and loving presence that will give you space to come home to yourself, to release meaning in the body and to better align with gravity and space.

Fascia is a network of connective tissue that wraps around, supports, connects and separates every structure in our bodies, from the muscles to the organs to the bones to the nerves.

Rolfing

Rolfing, formally known as Rolfing Structural Integration, is a hands-on bodywork method developed by biochemist Dr Ida Rolf in the mid-twentieth century. It works with the fascia, the connective tissue web running throughout the body, to release chronic patterns of tension and misalignment and bring the body into better relationship with gravity. Rather than treating isolated symptoms, a Rolfer works with the body as a whole interconnected system, typically over a series of sessions (traditionally ten), progressively reorganising posture, movement, and structural balance. Because fascia holds not just physical patterning but the imprint of how we’ve adapted to stress, injury, and emotional experience, Rolfing is often described as working with both body and psyche together, with many clients reporting shifts in how they feel and move through life alongside the physical changes.

What happens in a session:

  • 1.5 hours of hands-on fascial work
  • Movement education and body awareness
  • Integration of structural changes into how you move and be in the world

The 10-Series: A complete journey through your body’s structure, systematically working through layers of fascia to create lasting change. Each session builds on the last, addressing different areas and depths.

Session 1: Freeing the Breath: This session opens the front of the body, frees the chest and diaphragm, and creates space where there was tightness.

Session 2: Feet, Legs, and the Foundation: We cannot build anything on an unstable ground, and the same is true for the body. Session 2 works the feet and lower legs, giving them the hapticity, elasticity, and responsiveness they need to truly carry us. 

Session 3: What Belongs to the Front, What Belongs to the Back: Do you live more in the front of your body, reaching forward into the future? Or do you tend to pull back, collapsing the front and bracing the back? Session 3 helps the body find its true relationship to space, front and back.

Session 4: The Core: Session 4 goes to the core not only as a physical space but a temporal one: this is where our movements originate, before they express outward.

Session 5: Container and Content: The abdomen holds so much. Session 5 creates space in the three peritoneal layers, frees the diaphragm, and allows gravity to flow through the core. 

Session 6: The Back as a Dynamic Support System and the Breathing Pelvis: The back is a living, breathing, responsive system. Session 6 awakens the posterior chain, frees the sacrum, and brings a sense of dynamic support to the whole back.

Session 7: The Roof of the House: The head is the roof of the house. When the roof is supported by everything beneath it, it can finally flow… and unclench. Session 7 works the neck, jaw, TMJ, cranium, and inner mouth, creating a connection of breath from the sacrum all the way up to the head.

Session 8: Integration: Session 8 is the beginning of integration, the moment when all the separate conversations the body has been having start to become one. The girdles begin to work together, the movement starts to flow, and the body finds a new static balance as a whole.

Session 9: The World and Myself: Session 9 is about movement. We work on gestures and actions: reaching, pushing, pulling, walking.

Session 10: Integration and Closure: Karl Jung said life calls not for perfection but for completeness, and this session embodies that. We close the series, and hand the baton back to the client.

Holistic Pelvic Care

Hands-on bodywork of the pelvic bowl, uterus, and surrounding structures. I trained directly with Tami Kent from 2020-2022, learning her lineage of intuitive pelvic work combined with Rolfing Pelvic techniques and Sourcepoint trained with Marisol Aimee Valente and Pilar Martin.

What this work addresses:

  • Pelvic imbalances (hypertension, stuck coccyx)
  • Uterine alignment (uterus tilted or shifted to one side)
  • Preparing the body for conception
  • Healing from sexual trauma through realigning the energetic balance of the pelvic bowl
  • Clearing ancestral patterns held in the body

What happens in a session:

  • 1 hour 15 minutes
  • Gentle internal and external pelvic work
  • Intuitive clearing of held patterns and memories
  • Realignment of pelvic structures

  • This work is most powerful after completing the 10-series Rolfing to first prepare and align your body with gravity, though single sessions are available

Trauma Release Exercise

TRE helps you release stress, tension, and trauma through the body’s natural shaking mechanism. Simple exercises gently fatigue the deep muscles, particularly the psoas, activating neurogenic tremors. These tremors aren’t something to control or stop, but your nervous system’s innate way of discharging held activation and returning to balance. Animals shake after threat to release the stress from their systems. We humans have this same capacity. 

Developed by Dr. David Berceli, TRE works with what your body already knows how to do. I am certified under his lineage by Hans Holter Solhjell and Dr. Sarah Zorica Mitic. 

What happens:

  • 1 hour of guided practice
  • Simple exercises to gently fatigue the body
  • Space to allow the natural tremoring
  • Learning to work with this practice on your own

The Process: Three sessions give you everything you need to continue independently at home.

I am London-based and also available in Lisbon and Mauritius. HPC and TRE sessions can also be done online. Rolfing (Structural Integration) can only be done in person.

What to Expect

Prepare for your first session:

  • Wear comfortable clothing you can move in
  • Arrive a few minutes early to settle
  • Come with openness and curiosity

During the session:

  • We begin with a body reading and conversation about what you’re noticing
  • Hands-on work is done with you in underwear or comfortable clothing
  • I work with precision and presence, always checking in with your experience
  • You may experience emotions, memories, or sensations: all are welcome

After the session:

  • Give yourself time to integrate
  • Drink plenty of water
  • Notice what shifts in the days following
  • Your body will continue reorganising for several days after we work together

I am a fully certified Structural Integrator, having completed Level 2 with the European Rolfing Association. This is why my prices are currently half price. I will graduate Level 3 (full Rolfing certification) in July 2026.
