What is Embodied Alchemy: The 9-Month Journey?
Embodied Alchemy unfolds over 9 months with self-paced learning, community support, and live coaching opportunities.
Each of the core modules blends practical tools, Embodied Alchemy, movement, intuition, creativity, somatic practices, and journaling to keep you on the path to living your *best* creative life.
You also join all nine Thursday evening calls from the 9-week cohort (7–8pm, September to October 2026) alongside 3 additional live calls: a check in in December, an Integration Call in March and a Closing Celebration in May. So you receive the full benefit of the live group container as well as the depth of the longer programme.

And through it, I’ll show you how to go from frozen to flowing, from hazy to structured, and from shrinking yourself to fit other people’s ideas of success to growing your incredible, unlimited, goddxx-like potential.
Alchemy, rooted in Ancient Kemet, was once guarded in secrecy. Another tool of power withheld to keep people unempowered. But our magic is not meant to be locked away.
Embodied Alchemy is both teacher and healer, and I am committed to sharing this work openly with as many women and non-binary creatives as possible.

All nine 9-week Thursday calls
You join the live group container from the very beginning, alongside the 9-week cohort. Thursdays 7–8pm, September to October 2026.
Integration Calls
Sunday 7th December 2026, 2–3:30pm: A live 1-and-a-half hour session to check in with where you are, troubleshoot, and gather momentum for the final stretch.
Sunday 8th March 2027, 2–4:30pm. A live 2-and-a-half hour session to dive deeper into the work.
Closing Celebration
Sunday 4th May 2027, 2–4:30pm. A live two-and-a-half hour closing ceremony to mark how far you have come and what you are carrying forward.
Pre-recorded movement library
Twenty or more movement practices to return to throughout the nine months and beyond the course container.
Community space
Access to the private Facebook group for the duration of the course: for sharing reflections, videos, and the particular magic of being witnessed by others doing the same work.

Embodied Alchemy is the foundation. After 9 months of moving through the chakra framework with depth and consistency, many students continue into The Goddxx Path or Goddxx GLOW… the longer, more comprehensive transformation journey.
You will know by May whether that call is yours. The body always knows before the mind does.
A Note from EllaI built this course because I know that change takes time and the body integrates at its own pace… Rushing that process is part of what got us stuck in the first place. In this 9-month container, we can transform the relationship you have with yourself, with your creativity, and with the way you move through the world.
