What I Have Been Journeying:

This month, I have been journeying two powerful truths:

1. Softness is strength:
After 10+ years of pushing my body through breaking (check out a little post I made about this HERE), headspins, ashtanga yoga, aerial silks, I finally realised: It is not always ALL or nothing, and don’t have to override being HOME in my body to be worthy: I can listen instead of push… and receive instead of give… and that feels great! (Little post going into more detail on this epiphany coming soon!)

2. The power in asking for what we would LOVE:
I lost £1,000 in match funding for my crowdfunder because I forgot the T&Cs. I thought “the rules are the rules”, but I dared to ask anyway… and three days later, they said YES, and I realised the world is more flexible than my identity would have me believe. (check out a little post I made about that HERE and THANK YOU SO SO MUCH TO ALL WHO DONATED!!!) ❤️

So this Aquarius New Moon week of shedding, romance, softness and dancing, I invite you to grab your Journal to JOY and reflect on your own journey:

Try this on Valentine’s Day or during the Aquarius New Moon (or whenever feels right):

1. Light a candle. Sit quietly and connect to the image of your whole being in a golden egg or circle: your blueprint of health, you connected to the energy of source and all things through all time and space, your Goddxx-like potential, and ask…“What does loving myself 111% look like today?”
2. Then do that today!!! Whether it is a sleep or a walk or a dance or a daydream… gift it to yourself (I believe all love comes from loving ourselves first). 😊

1. What have I been shedding this past year?

2. Where am I still performing instead of being in my truth?

3. Where in my life have I been giving 110% when I could flow more with the universe and just BE?

4. Where have I assumed “it doesn’t work like that” and stopped myself from trying? What’s something I have been too scared to ask for and why? What is the worst that could happen? (Now go and ask for it!)

5. What am I ready to create in this Year of the Horse?
