How has October been for you so far… and what has been bringing you JOY?
We just reached the pillar of Fire and the throat chakra in Embodied Alchemy, and so this week has been all about expressing our truth and using life’s challenges as creative fuel, rather than letting old illusions take up space in our energy, our bank accounts, or our relationships… which feels beautifully synchronous with the themes of this full moon…
What Has Been Bringing Me JOY
It has been a month full of completions and magical growth…
In this Year of the Fire Horse, Ahmad and I have been packing up our belongings and preparing to move to a very exciting new location (with the big reveal coming very soon!)…
This move was born out of pulling one single choice during my Bridge Between Years ritual last December, and making that my main focus for the year…
It has been amazing how quickly and powerfully that intention has become a year of completions:
From selling, to creating, to saying goodbyes, gifting belongings, and celebrating at a leaving party, where my dream of having a chicken dance came true (thank you Emma Houston!).
Alongside the big move, my pop-up London Rolfing practice (which will be back whenever I am back in town) has been beautiful, with many lovely clients returning for follow up sessions!
Plus… I bumped into Facesoul (my favourite artist currently!!!) at my local train station!!!
But the biggest inner joy and internal shift was during my own Rolfing session with my first ever Rolfer from 2012, (who back then told me I would become a Rolfer and I didn’t believe at the time!). During that session, I saw how physical tightness was mirroring the stories taking up space in my mind and blocking my soul truth!
What Have You Been Journeying?
In my 1:1 sessions on The Goddxx Path and within Embodied Alchemy, we have also been uncovering these patterns of belief and story that hold us back from resonating at our soul truth level…
And as this full moon, on the 26th of October is in Taurus, held by the Sovereign Moon, it is a great time to notice where we are shrinking from our sovereign power…
Taurus loves comfort, but there is comfort that grounds us, and there is illusory comfort that keeps us stuck in old patterns scared of change…
So it is important to know our value, so that we can hold ourselves whole during times of change (even when things feel uncomfortable).
It is this Taurus medicine that Ahmad and I have been journeying… Keeping our focus in the creative Orientation of what we would love rather than resolving the psychological tension of such a massive move with bickering and tit for tat energy!
Because practising wholeness means seeing and taking responsibility for our stuff… choosing the higher path over the lower!
