This is ancient wisdom used by the people of Kemet to cleanse and heal their skin using just 2 ingredients! I use guasha 3-4 times per week and I LOVE it!

Here is how to make it:

1. Buy a bottle of triple distilled VODKA (it doesn’t need to be expensive) and some aluminium free bicarbonate of soda, and mix them in a jar with a lid until it takes on a putty like consistency.
2. Use it to scrub the body from head to toe (but not in or on the ‘holes’ of the body!)
3. Rinse off and dry
4. Lather up with coconut oil. It is antiviral, antibacterial and antifungal (I have now stopped this part because I don’t like the smell it leaves on my clothing)

Bicarbonate of soda is highly alkaline and so it kills acidic bacteria that build up in the skin like fungus, yeasts, petrochemicals, parasites and moulds that can come out as rashes and infections.

Combined with the vodka it opens up the pores of the skin as well as alkalising everything and allows more oxygen to enter creating beautiful fresh skin.

It is recommend you do this every day for the first 1-2 weeks then 2-3 times per week for life. You might also notice you tan better as a result of this treatment.
