This full moon, on Friday 28th August, invites emotional release, intuition, and healing. It is called the Sturgeon Moon, and brings the second eclipse this month: a partial lunar eclipse in Pisces.

I have been inspired this month by Jason Arday’s light shining, and saddened by the bastards that brought him down. This month, we lost Professor Jason Arday, aged 41, who was Cambridge’s youngest-ever Black professor. Understanding how the press hounded him, it can be hard to find the inspiration and the hope…

But listening to him speaking brought my hope back. His truth was visionary, and I would far rather give my energy to that than to the ones who need to bring the light down.

What Has Been Bringing Me JOY and my Journeying this month

In an interview, Jason Arday was once asked what he would do if he could change the world, and he said, “I would take a thread and a needle and I’d interweave love into our society.” That deeply resonated with this month’s themes.

I have been on my yearly cleanse. I spend 9 days doing the deep work: with no phone, cleansing my system, resting and renewing, and drawing a huge body map.

The themes that came up were around ancestral healing, the 6 degrees of separation of the fascial web, and the interwoven connection of everything through all time and space.

Next month, this year’s Goddxx Path cohort are joining me in Portugal for an intimate retreat. We are gathering for 5 days of deep integration, intuition work and real-world connection, and I cannot wait to host this space in the sunshine and witness the magic of each beautiful human stepping into their Goddxx-like potential.
