An established professional artist with over 20 years of experience in dance and theatre, Ella directs internationally acclaimed Ella Mesma Company and has toured the world as a performer and choreographer. Ella specialises in many forms of movement, bodywork and intuitive coaching, and has a passion for travel, languages, nature and design. Ella loves how dance, intuition & aerial remind us we are limitless!
Ella’s joy & inspiration is in undoing limiting beliefs, celebrating diverse identities, creating held spaces and coming back HOME to ourselves. Ella’s embodiment training includes womb healing, the Enneagram, The Wheel Of Consent, Holistic Pelvic Care and Alchemy.
